u cayoWant to know how to use terminals in Atomic Heart? Atomic Heart is a first-person shooter set in the alternate Soviet Union of the ’50s.
You fight the robot revolution as a mentally unstable agent codenamed P-3. You will have access to advanced technology throughout the game and will need every help you can get to ease past the roaming robots. There is a way to eliminate robots without a fight. For this, you will need to find and use terminals and bring down the HAWK robots and the entire security net. This guide will show you how to use terminals in Atomic Heart.
How to Use Terminals in Atomic Heart
Once you find a terminal, simply press the Interact button (RB/R1 or F), depending on the platform you play, to use the terminal in Atomic Heart. This will open the map that showcases all that is under control by the particular terminal.
You will learn how many cameras are in the area, and you will be able to take control of them. The yellow indicator means that the camera is active, while if it is disabled, the camera symbol will be red.
Once you get control of the camera, you can use it to open the terminal door and open it to reach the testing grounds. Aim the camera at the terminal door, and a button will prompt you to open it. One of the HAWK units will land and grant you access to the area. This is how you use the terminal in Atomic Heart.
If you are struggling to find a terminal, we are here for you on that question as well. Use the Scanner to look around the area. Terminals are placed on towers or a roof usually.
If you can’t find one with the Scanner, look for a blue tower on the map with a green light around it. This would be the main terminal for the particular area on the map. Once you enter the Scanner view, follow the blue and red lines from the equipment in the area. Once you discover it, you can use the terminal in Atomic Heart to enter the testing grounds.
Additional terminals can appear in the same area, but they control the smaller size of the bigger control zone.
